These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk15 (hereinafter "pk15", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pk15.cam and all associated services, products, and content made available thereon.
By accessing the pk15 website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Age Verification: pk15 is strictly committed to preventing underage gambling. All Accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification. We reserve the right to suspend any Account pending satisfactory proof of age. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
To access the Platform's gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested. You agree to maintain and update this information so that it remains accurate at all times.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on pk15. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. pk15 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep credentials secure. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, pk15 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include providing copies of a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of address not older than three months, and documentation evidencing ownership of any payment method used. pk15 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion.
Deposits to your Account may be made using supported payment methods displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute endorsement, partnership, or confirmation of gambling support by those providers. You must verify the availability of your chosen method in the cashier at the time of depositing.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may be subject to change. pk15 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all funds deposited must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account, or to a method verified as belonging to you following KYC review. pk15 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to KYC status. pk15 does not guarantee specific processing windows as these may be affected by banking hours, provider processing times, and technical conditions. Any fees levied by payment providers in connection with withdrawals are the responsibility of the User.
Where cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals are supported, Users are solely responsible for selecting the correct network (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20) and for ensuring that wallet addresses are entered accurately. Funds sent to an incorrect network or address may be permanently irrecoverable. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and the PKR-equivalent value of funds may differ between deposit and withdrawal.
Currency: Account Balances are maintained in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or such other currency as may be designated at account opening. All displayed amounts are in the Account's designated currency unless otherwise stated.
A wager is final and binding upon confirmation by the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. pk15 is not liable for wagers placed in error by the User.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagers and vary by game, market, and event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change without prior notice, including for specific markets during high-volume events such as PSL matches, ICC tournament fixtures, or major football and UFC events.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a wager. pk15 operates on a "price change" basis — if odds change between the moment you submit a wager and the moment it is accepted, you will be notified and given the option to accept the revised odds or cancel the wager.
pk15 reserves the right to void any wager in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical failures affecting odds generation, event cancellations or interruptions without a recognised alternative outcome, or confirmed evidence of match-fixing or fraudulent activity affecting the relevant event.
Wagers placed on live or in-play markets are subject to inherent delays in data transmission. The Platform uses best efforts to reflect current event states accurately, but pk15 accepts no liability for bets placed based on incorrect in-play information where such inaccuracy arises from third-party data feed delays outside the Platform's control.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on pk15 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
No Guarantee of Returns: Bonuses do not guarantee profits. Wagering involves risk and bonus funds, like real-money wagers, may result in a loss of the staked amount. Do not treat bonuses as certain income.

pk15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated wagers and bonuses, and to withhold or recover any funds obtained as a result of such conduct. In serious cases, we may report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the pk15 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, logos, graphics, text, game content, and data — is the exclusive property of pk15 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from pk15.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk15, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.
By You: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
By pk15: pk15 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at its discretion, including where: you are found to be in breach of these Terms; we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct; or your jurisdiction becomes a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Upon termination for breach, pk15 may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where prohibited conduct is confirmed, may forfeit such balance in full. Clauses relating to intellectual property, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk15 is registered and licensed to operate. pk15 does not represent that its operations are governed by Pakistani law or that it holds any licence issued by any Pakistani authority.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact pk15 through our official support channel to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of notification, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
pk15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, by email to your registered address, or both. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
